Architectural Control Committee Responsibilities

The Architectural Control Committee, in compliance with Article II of the Deed Restrictions, is in charge of reviewing all required plan submissions given to it or to any Association officer and will communicate to the residential applicant approval or denial of the submitted plan.

The Committee tries to convene within 1 to 2 weeks of receipt of plans to make a judgment of compliance to the deed restrictions. All construction that is either new home construction, a renovation to an existing home that enlarges the square footage, or modifies the exterior of the house is to be submitted for approval. Each submittal for new construction must be accompanied by a completed Architectural Approval Application Package along with 3 copies of the proposed improvements. You can print out the form using the link above.  Each submittal must include a copy of the your site plan indicating property lines, utility easement, and building setbacks clearly indicated along with the home and all building improvements. Interior renovations (within existing house footprint), swimming pools, and roofing replacement do not need to be submitted.
