October 28, 2012. The Hispanic-looking male now calling himself “Gino Marquez”, the subject of an alert posted in early September about a fraud incident in the 4300 block of Firestone, has been sighted again on October 27 in Willow Meadows, this time in the 4800 block of Knickerbocker. Now he is touting numerous types of repair services, not necessarily roofing repairs as before. Note that this time he has behaved rather aggressively, following the homeowner into the back yard and wanting very much to enter the house.
Keep your eyes out for this man, do not let him into your house or do business with him, and alert the Willow Meadows Security Patrol at 713-447-0200 if you see him. Please try to observe his license plate number. We need to ID this person so that the fraud case against him from early September can be advanced.
“Gino” is 20-25 yrs old, 6-ft 1-in tall, 210 lb, spiky black hair, light mustache, text tattoo on one arm, driving a 2009-2010 white Ford F-150 pickup, perhaps with Alabama plates, a tool box, and a covered bed.
