Architectural Control Committee Responsibilities

The Architectural Control Committee, in compliance with Article II of the Deed Restrictions, is in charge of reviewing all required plan submissions given to it or to any Association officer and will communicate to the residential applicant approval or denial of the submitted plan.


Deed Restrictions Enforcement Committee Responsibilities

The Deed Restrictions Enforcement Committee receives and processes all alleged violations of the Restrictions. The Committee patrols the subdivision regularly, reports on observed violations, receives the complaints of alleged violations, investigates and recommends to the Board of Directors such action, including (if appropriate) formal legal action as the Committee may deem necessary in order to enforce the appropriate deed restrictions.


Maintenance and Beautifaction Committee Responsibilities

The Maintenance and Beautification Committee maintains Willow Meadows' three adopted esplanade areas and oversees the landscaping of the neighborhood entrance signs.

Publications Committee Responsibilities

The Willow Meadows News is published in March, June, September and December and distributed prior to the WMCC General Meetings.  In it you will find important news related to the neighborhood and civic club as well as information regarding neighborhood events.  If you have a news item you'd like to contribute, feel free to contact the editor via This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Also, you might consider advertising your business or service in the newsletter.  It is a great way to generate local interest and revenue!

Advertising rates are $40 for a quarter page, $75 for a half page, and $150 for a full page, per issue. The Treasurer mails invoices to advertisers shortly after each issue is published.


Security Committee Responsibilities

The Security Committee oversees the off-duty, HPD, part-time employees who patrol the neighborhood in WMCC patrol cars.  Currently, our private Security Patrol Program has two patrol cars and employs 11 Houston Police Department (HPD) Officers.


Technology Committee Responsibilities

The Technology Committee is responsible for promoting the public image of the Association through the oversight of the design, maintenance, and updating of the Willow Meadows website.
